Nanophorm, LLC  has been providing world-class diamond turning, CNC machining, and precision engineering services to high-tech organizations since 2007. A leading provider of pilot production and mission-critical product development, the company specializes in rapid production of prototype optics, opto-mechanics and injection mold components for organizations trying to shrink product development and project schedules.

Our first product was a unique surgical lens. We quickly moved to producing a variety of solar concentrators, LED lighting components, and extremely challenging diffraction gratings. Since then, we’ve worked on space optics, undersea camera assemblies, AR/VR and other wearable optics, lens / mirror arrays, and free-form image slicers for astronomical instruments. We have made significant technical advances in multi-axis diamond turning, low or zero stress work-holding, and metrology.

Nanophorm has deep experience supporting a broad range of high tech and  demanding industries with tight product development timelines. Products developed by the company are embedded in groundbreaking systems that have landed in the deep ocean and have flown in space.
